Yearly Home Maintenance package
$500/visit

 There's quite a few things that need to be done once a year to keep you home safe and comfortable and it can be hard to find time to get them all done. Let us take care of everything listed below for you!  When you select the yearly service, we will complete all the monthly maintenance during the visit as well.

• Clean your dryer exhaust vent  (if accessible from ground level.)

• Inspect all door locks, latches, handles.  Adjust as necessary. 

• Ridx Monthly Septic Treatment (if have septic system)*

• Clean garbage disposal

• Check Water Softener, add salt if need*

• Run water in unused spaces

• Check water supply lines for appliances, toilets and faucets for leaks; test operation of the shutoff valves

• Check/replace air filter* 

• Replace the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and check expiration dates.*

• Clean or Replace range hood filter (ductless)*

• Inspect your walls and ceilings for stains or peeled paint that could indicate leaks.

• Check your fire extinguishers.

• Test the ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlets. 

• Flush your water heater to remove sediment. 

• Check attic insulation condition.

• Check attic for water leaks

• Check pipe insulation 

• Clean your refrigerator coils.

• Clean dishwasher trap

• Inspect shower/bathtub caulking

• Clean window sills (interior), inspect for water damage

• Clean Sliding door track, lubricate wheels

• Home exterior review

• Gutter inspection

• Inspect the door and window weather stripping and caulk

• Inspect your deck and fencing for damage and address any problems.

• Check steps and railings for issues

• Clean window weep holes  (if present)

• Re-Grease garage door track
